Here at Bella Tahoe Catering & deli, we want you to know we are aware and care. We'd like you to know we have brought back our gourmet meals to go. Every week Bella Tahoe will launch a new menu prepared for delivery or pickup. All menu items will come in oven/microwave safe containers ready for reheat. You can stock your fridge and chose your meal per your desire and or appetite.
This week's menu is as followed. Orders will be accepted until Friday for delivery(fees apply) or pick up Tuesday. Each weekly menu will be available by Tuesday evening, and ready for your order. Schedule your event from the list below, and we'll see you at Bella Tahoe's Deli!

Three bean chili with ground beef & Carrot jalapeno & Clam chowder
$11 Manicotti
Manicotti shells filled with carrots, zucchini in three-cheese ricotta finished with a zesty marinara.
$12 Chorizo loaded potatoes
Fully loaded Spanish chorizo filled twice baked potatoes. Served with seasonal vegetables and a side of sharp cheddar cheese sauce.
$12 Coconut curry chicken
Chicken slow simmered in a mild roasted spiced curry in coconut milk served with seasonal vegetables and couscous.
$13 Sockeye salmon cakes
Fresh, flaky salmon cakes, pan-seared and finished with a red pepper coulis. Served with rice and seasonal vegetables.
$14 Shrimp & vegetable pesto pasta
Grilled jumbo sweet argentine shrimp, vegetables tossed in a house-made walnut pesto sauce.
