The guests and other vendors were raving. Instead of having the staple wedding menu, we wanted all sorts of different foods that we love. Some were passed, some were buffet. We hired a bartender through her who did a great job making our cocktails and also poured beer and wine. She was professional, easy to work with and prompt with emails. I would definitely recommend hiring Bella Tahoe Catering.

We were married at the Idle Hour on June 17, 2023 and Candace and her team catered our small wedding, about 30 people. They did a fantastic job, we had marinated tri-tip, cedar planked salmon, truffle macaroni and cheese (loved by kids and adults!), roasted veggies, roasted potatoes and focaccia. Everything tasted great, the tri-tip was a perfect medium-rare and whatever they marinated it in was delicious. The salmon was soft and luscious. I wish we would have doubled the order for the mac and cheese so we could take it home and eat it the rest of the week. The veggies were a nice mix of summer squash, asparagus and mushrooms. The potatoes were seasoned well. The staff were professional and helpful; seriously so friendly and went the extra mile. The set up looked great and all of our guest complimented the food. I couldn't be happier that we chose Bella Tahoe.

The food was everything I expected and more. The food presentation was first class (I call it foofoo food). Candace and staff provided high quality food and service. My guests are still talking about it. I have thrown many events over the years and Bella Tahoe is number #1 in all categories. I highly recommend Bella Tahoe.

They had no idea it was allergy free!! Thank you so much for making the meal work for all my different allergies. It made it very easy for us. Thank you for your time.
