Our top-quality professional catering staff services your entire event including food distribution, food management and replenishment, dish exchange, and dishware servicing / cleaning. This fee covers a single server for 4 hours of these services per 30 people at your event. Our staff provides and sets up all Chafers and other display dishware for all dishes cooked by our expert chefs. Additional hours can be purchased with the "Additional Server Hours Fee" under the products section.
