Our top-quality professional catering staff services your entire event including food distribution, food management and replenishment, dish exchange, and serving of your guests directly. This fee covers a single server for 5 hours of these services per 25 people at your event. Our staff provides and sets up all Chafers and other display dishware for all dishes cooked by our expert chefs.
