Grilled trout fillet finished with a balsamic reduction sauce; served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

All natural Filet Mignon short smoked and grilled finished with a sweet blackberry reduction served with rice & vegetables.

Stuffed Salmon

Alaskan wild caught natural Salmon Fillets Stuffed with crab, shrimp, spinach and cheese, with a sun dried tomato buerre blanc, served with rice & vegetables.

Apple Almond Stuffed Pork Chop: 

All natural thick cut pork chops stuffed with a blend of smoked almonds and chunky apple. Served with rice & vegetables.
